The game will take place at Calverton Miners’ Welfare FC in Nottingham tomorrow.
Farsley Celtic Deaf FC qualified for the final by winning the EDF Northern League, whilst Reading were victorious in the EDF Southern League.
Farsley Celtic DFC secretary Bexi Quinn said: “We are proud of going unbeaten in the Northern League, winning 10 and drawing two games.
“The club have come on leaps and bounds in the last two seasons, having reached this season’s EDF Challenge Cup semi-final, as well as reaching the EDF Plate semi-final and finishing third in the EDF North League last season.
“We express our sincere gratitude to Farsley Celtic FC for the use of their training pitch as well as their main pitch, and our visiting teams have expressed their approval of the pitch.
“Last but not least, we thank our fans who gave their unwavering support and encouragement at our games, home and away, in whatever weather.”
